Charlesworth Community Care has put in place systems to set and achieve its goals and targets, monitor, assess and review performance, and act on findings to continuously improve business quality and performance in the best interests of its customers. A recent quality survey in September 2017 achieved a 63% return rate with 85% reporting Excellent Quality of Care, and 15% reporting Good Quality of Care.

We ensure that staff supervision and appraisal is carried out regularly, in accordance with Skills for Care advice, and ensure training targets are monitored and achieved for all staff.
Complaints and compliments procedures are in place to ensure continued quality management. Information is shared with staff, customers and regulators of the service as appropriate.
