Our Staff

Our Staff are experienced in personal care requirements and are also happy to assist with domestic duties and meal preparation.  Our care staff have all had an Enhanced Criminal Records Bureau check and have provided two references which have been followed up before their employment commences.  All staff undergo a rigorous induction programme, which includes manual handling and infection control, health and safety and safeguarding.  All staff either have, or have the opportunity to work towards an NVQ2 in Health and Social Care.

We provide regular supervision of all staff, and on occasion your carer may be accompanied by a supervisor to ensure the service they are providing continues to meet our high standards.
